Lost Card Replacement Coverage

If you ever lose your Bloom card, we’ll send you one replacement card for free. You’ll only need to pay the shipping cost for the replacement. This add-on applies to the Bloom card purchased in this order and must be purchased upfront with your original card. If you are buying multiple Bloom cards, this covers one replacement card only.
