Processing Times:
We process all orders within 1 business day after payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the product or checkout page when available.
Taxes & Duties:
For orders outside of the United States, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking link via email.
Delivery Guarantee:
We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes above. If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days from your order (unless you agreed to a longer period), you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Lost or Delayed Shipments:
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@bloom.inc and we’ll help track it or arrange a replacement/refund.
